Terms and Conditions of purchase and useage.
1. Order Confirmation & Payment:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided. An invoice and summary of your order, including any custom add-ons, will follow shortly after. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Product Setup & Usage
Each scope stand is supplied with copy of the invoice and a link to a set up video. It is the responsibility of the user to follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct and safe assembly. Incorrect setup or use that does not follow the provided guidance may result in damage to the product and/or physical harm to the user and in addition will void any applicable warranty or repair coverage. If you are unsure about any step of the setup process, please contact us before use.
3. Proper Use & Transport:
To keep the product affordable and lightweight, some of the mount components are 3D printed. These parts have been thoroughly tested and are durable under normal use. However, the stand must be transported in its folded, portable orientation (as shipped). Any damage sustained while being transported in an open or extended position will not be covered under warranty or qualify for free repairs.
4. Customisation Limitations:
We welcome custom requests, but all personalised parts are subject to design feasibility and production capacity. Offensive or inappropriate requests will not be accepted.
5. Lead Times & Custom Parts:
While we aim to keep most standard parts in stock, custom components such as personalised tops and handles are made to order. During periods of high demand, lead times may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of invoicing. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us directly to discuss expedited options.
6. Care & Maintenance Advice:
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, we recommend keeping joints clean and dry, avoiding exposure to prolonged direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, and inspecting for wear before each use.
7. Shipping & Packaging:
All orders are securely packed in cardboard boxes and shipped via Royal Mail or alternate courier. The product is dispatched in its folded, travel-ready orientation and includes a protective travel bag.
8. Returns & Repairs – 30-Day Guarantee:
We offer 14-day returns for a full refund, except for any custom parts. The buyer is required to pay any return postage costs. We also offer a 30-day repair policy from the date of delivery. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help.
9. Returns Policy for Custom Orders:
Please note that personalised/customised orders are non-refundable unless faulty, due to their bespoke nature.
10. Warranty:
All products include a standard 12-month warranty from the date of dispatch. This covers manufacturing defects and material faults. After this period, replacement parts may be purchased separately.
11. Right to Refuse Orders:
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Where possible, we will provide an explanation for doing so.
12. Student Discount Eligibility:
A 20% discount is available to students in full-time education. Proof of current enrolment at a recognised institution is required to apply for this discount.
13. Limitation of Liability:
Except as otherwise excluded in statute DOME LTD’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Safety Warning:
This product contains small parts and is not suitable for use by children below the age of 13 or animals. Please store and use it safely and responsibly.
15. Intellectual Property:
All designs, logos, and product configurations are the intellectual property of DOME LTD and may not be copied, replicated, or distributed without prior written consent.
16. Changes to Terms:
DOME LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.
17. Data Privacy:
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order (such as name, email, and delivery address). This information is kept securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties. By placing an order, you consent to us using your data for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
